IRE - Company Suggestion for Tank Designer

Quick questions HOI4 version: 1.11.12 Kaiserreich version: 0.21.3

Describe the specific change you would like: I would like Great Southern Railways to be a Company that Ireland can choose as Tank Designer

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: Since Ireland doesn't have a tank company designer , I figured it would be nice for Ireland to have a company that could be nominated for tank designer, also they did produced an armored car for Ireland, the GSR Morris Mk IV Armoured Car.

I would have them do light tanks as sub section.
