Describe the specific change you would like: Add a "Fate of Zhufar" event for Zhufar in the event you own/ally muscat and you occupy a Yemen holding their core of Zhufar.

Explain the reasoning behind this actionable change: Currently, the land instantly goes to Yemen instead of giving you a choice.
