HOI4 version: 1.11.12 Kaiserreich version: 0.21.2

Add Custom Paths for Mittelafrika to ensure it will go Soccon, authdem, pataut, or natpop.

Okay, I'll be honest, I don't want Mittelafrika going natpop or collapsing, I don't understand the coding enough to do it myself so instead of accidentally breaking the game, I thought it will be better if I asked an expert to do it. Thanks
