Investigate "invalid token" on 2015-01-01

I received an "invalid token" message when I tried to operate my VM shortly after the clock changed to 2015-01-01. My server had a HD crash a few hours later so the error may not be related to the date change .... still, remember to look into it.

• Any action would produce "invalid token". Even Logoff was no longer possible .....
