switch_vpn fails if ovpn.d used

Looking at line https://github.com/KaiserSoft/PIA-Tunnel/blob/master/include/functions.sh#L366

does't this fail when a config from ovpn.d is used?

specified file not found in switch_vpn() - /usr/local/pia/ovpn/....
