I don't see the options for dante proxy on raspberry pi3. I know that the older builds used to have it.

switch_vpn fails if ovpn.d used

Looking at line https://github.com/KaiserSoft/PIA-Tunnel/blob/master/include/functions.sh#L366 does't this fail when a config from ovpn.d is used? `specified file not found in switch_vpn() - /usr/local/pia/ovpn/....`
