Link Timeline in SVP Leaf to Context

It would be great if we could integrate a timeline in the leafs a bit more with the context:

  • When we jump to a SVP patch through navigation from a compositor, open a registered timeline in that patch.

  • Optionally set the bounds of that timeline to set parent clip duration. So, either use the SetParentClipDuration or use the bounds of a timeline
