[Proposal] Store model independet of VL document

Hi Natan, this is me speaking as an individual, not as SBB ;) When using Kairos in Git-Workflows I was wondering if (as handy as it is to store the data inside a pin) if you thought about storing it outside of the Document, maybe just right next to it for example (if a dedicated filepath has not been provided)? It would be cool to separate the model from the functionality, so you can spot what exactly has been changed in your files, as a lot of changed lines in Kairos (like GUID) blow the diff up quite a bit and makes it harder to spot changes to the VL part of the document itself.

No milestone or anything, just wanted to discuss the general idea - maybe you already gave it a thought!
