i couldn't tell if you should choose a hackintoshable laptop or Apple machine, because it depends on many factors, your personal perspectives... it's too subjective, that i can't recommend anything....

@wilsoxu right, sometimes it happens actually, but very rarely i would say. I just met this problem only twice more or less after i'm using OSX for more than one...

你安装其他项目依赖 npm install 的时候会报错吗
