Feature Request: prevent the patcher from attempting to patch if any required processes are open

This one is a personal request from myself. When attempting to patch, could we change it so that it validates that all required processes are closed, and present an error if anything is open before patching rather than after patching? I ask because recently I attempted to patch KMST, but I accidentally left the MapleStoryT.exe's Properties window open. At the end, the patch failed because of this, but when I reattempted to patch, it had already updated all of the DLL files and as a result I had to redownload KMST.
