integrate mobx-router to the boilerplate

Hi, I think than would be cool if you integrate mobx-router, almost any single application requires a router system, so I think than it can be good

You are totally right. This repo is outdated, when I've made this, mobx-router didn't even existed yet.

hi @KadoBOT sorry for the dumb question, but seems than it's not generating a source map, I've changed the webpack config to devtools : "source-map" but seems not work neither, the browser only shows me plain js (not es6 nor flow code) do you know how fix it? thank you!!!..
