Add docs for offline installation and usage. This is a feature request - vote with a thumbs-up reaction under this comment.

Sort the entries in a way that ensures that the main map for a given country is first. For example "Russia with disputed territories" should be behind "Russia". Other examples...

**Expected behaviour** Label for Netherlands should be centered over country. When clicking on country (using zoomTo()), map should zoom and center on that country (NL). **Actual behaviour** Label for Netherlands...
