Cards visibily resizing

Is it normal to see all the cards resizing when you open any dashboard or refresh the page?

this theme is old anyway send a screenshot/video recording

If I remove this, then it works fine

 card-mod-card: |
    ha-card {
      margin: 20px;
      border-radius: 15px;
    }

sounds like an issue with card-mod
