Pain
I think a big reason you got banned from spotify is instead of using their API just one time to get playlists, you were using it continuously. Spotube should not use APIs continuously, it should save a database on the phone containing playlists and liked songs, and use only this. If import was manual, and was supporting other ways like CSVs or text files, spotube would be free from these APIs.
Suggested solution
well, add a menu to import playlists/datas from different accounts or sources. There is several "playlist converters" on the web that actually works

I recommend adding an export feature for playlists to enhance playlist and song compatibility with other plugins. This improvement would increase their functionality and user experience.
