Is there an existing issue for this?

(Please read the description)

I have searched the existing issues but did not find one that exactly matches my issue with this repository.

Current Behavior

Hello, I just updated Spotube to version 4.0.0, and when I open the app, it crashes. The app stays open for only about 2 seconds before closing.

Device Information

Android Version: 7.1.1

Kernel Version: 3.18.31-13696519 dpi@SWDH7914 #1

Built on: Wed Dec 2 15:12:08 KST 2020

Expected Behavior

The app should open and function without crashing.

Steps to Reproduce

No response

Logs

No logs are shown in the app.

** Operating System**

Android Version: 7.1.1

Spotube Version

Version: 4.0.0

Installation Source

Source: spotube.krtirtho.dev

**Additional Information ** While updating the app, the package manager prompted me to replace existing data. I tried reinstalling it, but the issue persisted.

I then installed the older version (3.9.0), and it is working fine.

I found similar issues like #2480 and #2462, but one is related to a PC, and the other is for an Android tablet. I couldn't find an exact match for my Android version.

** Self- Grab**

I don't know about programming, but I'm willing to help with this issue!

Same issue on Android 8.1.0

After the update the app just stayed black (after loading screen), so I cleared cache, still the same, so I cleared data, started, loading screen, black screen, crashed.

Yep, did only crash, after I cleared my data for the first time. Before that, it just stayed black for me, too.

I downgraded for now.

@DoktorBeSt Yeah dude , But In My Device App Crashes I think the Crash Issue on my device (Android 7.1.1) might be related to WebView or the lower Android version. I tried clearing the app data, but it didn't help, so I'm using version 3.9, which is now giving me an "access point, token expired 404" error. Any Solution , I'm also seen a disclaimer window before downloading songs—am I got banned:dizzy_face:? The developer hasn't responded, and it feels like he might be on vacation. It would be great if he could update us on whether he's working on a fix or provide a solution.
