spotube High Resource Usage

Current Behavior

I get notifications and alerts on my phone that spotube is using a lot of system resources. As im typing this, I can see my typing outcome as sluggish and out of sync. it lags so much, I can't even open another app without the music pauses for a moment.

Expected Behavior

be fluid, less resource hungry, and lightweight on the system

It's even worse on windows - like 50% usage and more on the cpu. I'm usually idling around 10-15% cpu, spotube boosts that to 90% and fans running at max.

as skruglov2023, the last update (v 4.0.2) induce a strong enhancement of the processor ressource and the fan running ...I am looking to go back at mas last version..

Hello, same feeling here on ubuntu 24.04.2 up to date. Change occurs after upgrading from 4.0.1 et 4.0.2 (due to spotify account login error) Thanks

running high right after starting in a docker container (on unraid)

spotify user is logged in. but there is no open connection to vnc. it does not show any logs either.
