I can't play songs

Current Behavior

Song won't play and will be stuck loading OR it will skip to the next song which will load for 2 seconds and then also skip to next one (and same process repeats infinitely).

Expected Behavior

Listen to songs

Steps to reproduce

1. Login to Spotify
2. Open Playlist
3. Click on any song
4. Song loads for 2 minutes.
5. Song won't play and will be stuck loading OR it will skip to the next song which will load for 2 seconds and then also skip to next one (and same process repeats infinitely).

Also changing device doesn't work. And overall app is consistently slow and laggy. My S23 Ultra even got stuck for 3 seconds. Uninstalling, will pay 5 bucks for Premium until app is fixed.

This was reported by several users (especially in Spain) in 3.x versions when using mobile data, and apparently it has been fixed in the 4.0.0 version.
