Same issue here. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted... no luck. This is shortly after a fresh install of W11, too. I'm not certain the update to 24H2 caused it but, it was working prior to a reboot. I'm fairly certain that updates were applied.
Windows 11 Pro 24H2 26100.2605
Same on 23H2. Windows 11 Pro, 23H2, Build 22631.4602. No prior updates, just installed it for the first time, logged in, used it until reboot. Now I get the same blank screen, sometimes even an invisible window.
I can actually start and stop music via media control, but still blank, so maybe it's just a graphical thing? Reinstall does not help since it does not delete config and other files for some reason.
EDIT: Found this, solved it for me! Please try it, if you are using FancyZones in PowerToys!
I solved this by adding an exception in FancyZones (PowerToys) for Spotube. Something to do with FancyZones trying to move the window when it opens messed it up. This is in relation to the setting "Move newly created windows to their last known zone" in FancyZones. It may have something to do with Flutter, but I just heard of Flutter today, so take that with a boulder of salt.

I'm not using FancyZones and Windows Defender didn't report anything
I fixed this issue on my Windows using Microsoft PowerToys. I added spotube.exe to the exceptions in the FancyZones category:
- Open PowerToys.
- Click on the FancyZones category.
- Scroll down and click Open settings.
- At the bottom, there is an input field for program names – type spotube.exe.
By default, FancyZones were enabled on my Windows 10, and they were the cause of this issue.
