Android App has UI issues when automatically switching songs

Current Behavior

The following issues occur in the Android Media Output panel when a song ends and the next one starts playing.

1. The seek bar is frozen at 100% of the duration of the previous song. (Almost always)
2. The details of the previous song are shown. (Happens occasionally in the app and the Media panel)

These observations can be made even when the next few songs have completed playing.

Expected Behavior

The Media Output Panel and the app UI should be synced to the currently playing song.

Steps to reproduce

1. Opened the app.
2. Moved to 'Liked Songs'.
3. Pressed Play.
4. Switched apps/switched off the screen.
5. Looked at the media panel after a few songs have played.
