`flutter pub add fl_query` installs version 0.3.1 instead of 1.0

Is this known to be the case? I saw myself using QueryBowl, which seemed odd, and then I realized that it had installed an older version.

Can we update pub.dev to get people the latest version on install?

Yes I was able to reproduce it. This is quite an odd issue
