Global - Spurious lightmap assignments in level models

There are a raft of "missing" lightmaps across the game. Given the non-standard nature of their ResRefs, it appears to be the result of some sort of error during Bioware's speculated lightmap post-bake repacking/condensing process. These will need manual inspection to assess whether they warrant addressing. A cursory look would suggest some can be ignored (e.g. Tatooine cantina). For those that need fixing, some may be possible to mitigate with a simple mid-grey dummy lightmap. For room models we are already editing we could just remap the UVs.
