Yavin Station - Suuvam doesn't halt on conversation

1.10.0 beta test 2 observations:

• [ ] Suuvam will wander around his room in the station randomly and pantomime working on things. If you happen to initiate conversation with him just as he starts to walk, he will continue walking while the conversation is occurring, causing the camera to freak out. I thought this was supposed to be prevented by the engine (hence why all waypoint walking pauses while conversations are active), but maybe his setup is different since he doesn't just walk but also stops and performs anims. OnHeartbeat? The flag will need to be disabled for the duration of the conversation and enabled again afterwards.
