• [x] Similar to conversations with Rukil, the party needs to be jumped when initiating dialogue with Gendar
• [x] Similar to conversations with Rukil, ambient NPCs need their waypoint walking to be stopped and moved out of the way for the duration

• [ ] The waypoint walker command needs adjustment. Send close ones to nearest waypoint > 15m away.
