Ebon Hawk - Central room walkmesh needs height adjustment

1.9.0 beta test observations:
- [ ] The walkmesh in the Hawk's central room is flat, but the floor geometry isn't, so in certain spots the player and NPCs will clip a few inches through the floor. Very noticeable during some of the major cutscenes that happen in that room. We've already adjusted the walkmesh previously anyway, so there's no harm in tweaking it further.
While on the Rakata planet, Canderous will probably need to be moved either a bit backwards or a bit forwards to prevent him from levitating, since his feet are between floor sections.
