Taris Lower City Apartments - Killing Matrik prior to taking bounty doesn't give a quest update

1.9.0 beta test observations:

  • [ ] You can kill Matrik before you take the bounty, and not even find out his name. You don't get any quest update if you do this, unlike some (all?) of the other bounties. Need to check JRL and see if there are any existing states for this.
