Unknown World Elder's Compound - Various issues

- [x] The party need some herding for their initial entrance and walk to the Councillors
- [x] Councillors, Keeper and Researcher attack with their fists if they go hostile
- [x] Rakatan computer hologram doesn't face player, and vice-versa on opening line, and party members can end up in the way/not facing holo
- [x] If siding with the Elders, when returning after having freed the prisoner in The One's compound the party needs a replication of the initial scene jumping. Edit: The script for this was already edited, but didn't account for the lack of an opening wide shot on this node. Needs to just go straight to jumping the party into their final position, not walking them in.
- [x] When the Councillors go to deliberate after freeing the prisoner, there is an extended pause and a somewhat awkward scene of them leaving and coming back. Might be better to shorten the delay and simply jump them back into place under the fade-out.

1.10.0 beta test observations:
- [ ] There's a patrolling Rakata that can get in the way of conversations with the Elders. Move him out of the way/deactivate him for the duration. Similar to what was done for Rukil on Taris in #501.
- [ ] If siding with The One, when attacking the three Elders at the entrance they can fail to equip a weapon before turning hostile, leading to attacking with fists.
