Bump Comunica package versions in package.json

This is a small change to:

• Update the Comunica packages used by Walder directly
• Remove the seemingly unused @comunica/utils-datasource
• Bump the yarn version to 1.22.22

For some reason, Walder 4.1.4 crashes on start due to an error from Comunica itself, something about type incompatibilities in @comunica/bus-query-operation. This seems to fix it, at least locally.

Any feedback/criticism would be welcome, though.
