DEF/LEF import: LEF files listed in the import dialog are ignored sometimes

This happens, when the option: "for DEF: also read all LEF files in the same directory than the DEF file" is disabled in the Reader Options.

Basically this option should not be available and should not have any effect on the import feature.

The “read lef files in the same directory” as the def file doesn’t give any feedback which lef files it is reading, which is very confusing when one gets error messages from files that one didn’t specify. I would argue that this option should be removed completely. The strm2xxx buddy tools allow a debug option, which at least lists the lef files that are pulled in.
