Convert to BMP - Remove Alpha

It seems converting any texture to BMP adds an empty (white) alpha channel if no alpha is present in the original texture. That channel is also present when selecting the Remove Alpha checkbox.

I found a bug regarding BMP and alpha, but aside from that, the tool will show an "alpha" channel, but it won't really have one. Is there something that isn't working?

Try converting this texture to BMP, removing the alpha : EYE_Diff_0x44390218.zip ui_project_2017-06-17_20-35-13

Here is the result in PS : photoshop_2017-06-17_20-35-29

That is quite strange. I don't know if I can fix that. I use the Windows codecs to save those kinds of formats. I checked, and I definitely tell Windows that there's no alpha, so I don't know why it's adding it. I'll google a bit, but there might be nothing I can do about it.
