This seems to be done, given the ChangeLog entry, no? It would be nice to also mention the commits that implemented that here.

It's not done, in the ChangeLog it just says planed. I'm not sure how this will work, from a UX perspective. Where to draw the indicator, which size, what triggers it ?

Maybe it needs to be triggered by pressing Ctrl (or so) while dragging

I've misread "unreleased" as "done, just not provided as release". Sorry for the rant.

... I still would suggest to use a "planned" category above "unreleased". for things like that, and maybe milestones in GitHub to track both.
