OS X: Make DMG installer more intuitive

The .dmg currently shows only a blank window with the Charm.app inside. It would be nice if it could give instructions to drag the application to /Applications, and provide a link to /Applications inside the window, like other OS X applications do. We had something like that when we used CPack I believe, but that's gone since we switched to bare macdeployqt for OS X packaging.
