Charm windows shown while hidden and a notification is shown

On OSX I always use Command+H (Hide all the applications windows) to hide anything related to Charm from my desktop. But when Charm trigger a notification, then all my windows are bring to desktop / shown for unknown reason. I hate that, please fix :)
