Windows: create global shortcuts for charm

I would love to have global shortcuts for charm to:

  • open Time Tracker Window (and maybe a shortcut by window, ie 3)
  • stop
  • start a task (while opening a menu like the combobox in the TimeTracker window, so we can choose - or maybe just open and focus this combobox)
