Resurrect animated icon to support Lumbergh on his mission

I have the tendency to ignore Lumbergh when I suspect my time sheets being in bad shape. Mental spam filter on nag screens from old '90 times I suspect.

Maybe it would help Lumbergh to achive his mission to support him with an animated try icon. It was disabled for being distracting and consuming too much power, but guess it's totally fair to punish me with drained battery and CPU load for being lazy.

For a start we might experiment by replacing the regular icon with a different static icon.
