java.lang.OutOfMemoryError when running beagle

This is a suggestion, when I was running Monopogen on a large dataset, outofmemory error occurs. I fixed it by edit the -Xmx20g params of cmd3 and cmd5. I suggest add a parameter to specify maximum memory to use when running beagle.
