jni folder, cmake .. + make -j4 commands

there is no jni folder in cpp, how to create that? moreover, cmake .. and make -j4 command do not run, how to run them, or packages i need?

No need to create jni directory, run cmake inside cpp directory which will going to read CMakeList.txt conf file. My issue is open cv version is not found . even i have provided my open cv path .
