Thanks for this overview. Google now has its own extension for controlling WebRTC in Chrome and it works well: https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/webrtc-network-limiter/npeicpdbkakmehahjeeohfdhnlpdklia It's maintained and probably preferred to third party extensions?
I have installed the latest macOS 15.1, and the Safari version is 18.1 (20619.2.1). It seems there is no option to `Remove Legacy WebRTC API`.
