Add APK or Installation guide

I think it would be useful to give either the apk ready to install or a guide. Because as it is there might be users that what to try the app out but doesn't know how to install it in the first place.

I just found that there's the apks uploaded at "releases" 😅. In that note I think it might be better to put it somewhere in the readme.

I mean there was no public release yet that's why there are no links pointing to releases page.
