Video not playing correctly at random with some Samsung models

I have tested kuroba ex with three different Samsung models and found that two of them have issues with video playback. The issue I found is that, while swiping through the videos, occasionally, one video will not play correctly, it will play with a very low frame rate, as it were being played in slow motion. Swiping to next video and back again does not fix the issue, same goes to reloading the video. I found the issue in the Samsung models A52s and S23+. the Samsung model M31s does not suffer from this issue, as any other non-Samsung phone I tried so far.
