Shift post comment: misaligned replies count in board mode (+ minor Kuroba requests)

I don't know if this was changed on purpose or an oversight. Seems very minor, but it's unpleasant and inconsistent, your eyes get used to read information in the same position and this negates the purpose of enabling the shift post setting in the first place. It's the kind of detail that gives an initially poor impression of the UI. Could it be fixed or have another toggle option specifically for this line?

Instead of making two posts, asking this here too. Kuroba has vertical three dots in the top right corner of every post so you can quickly reply to or quote the post. It's far more convenient than having to tap the post number (in the middle of other information) or holding-tap to see the whole cluttered list of reply options and having to pick quote all the way at the top. Could this also please be added (optional toggle or not) to EX?

Actually, I think if someone sends me a PR, then I will merge it. I just don't want to do it myself.
