Remove/Hide Bookmarked or Downloaded Threads From The Catalog

Hello, In the original Kuroba, in the Thread Watcher section in the setings, there was an option to "Remove watched threads from the catalog". This allowed the user to download or bookmark a thread from a board, and have it automatically be removed from the catalog, and only show-up in the bookmark drawer. Is there an option like this in KurobaEX? If not, is it possible for it to be implemented in the future?
