Add support for https://thebarchive.com/

If a deleted thread is opened on /b/ and the "Open with Archive" option is used, this will not load the images and each one will instead show an error code 403.

This was previously reported on #578 and I believe the reason for this is because archived.moe doesn't save the media files and instead only saves the thumbnails.

If the thebarchive was used instead for this board, I think there won't be an issue as the media files are actually saved here. This may also fix the same issue with /bant/ as this board is also available there (i don't visit that board so I can't confirm).

~thebarchive is not supported IIRC because it doesn't have the json API so you have to parse the HTML manually. If someone wants to add support then go ahead.~

Actually I just checked and it seems that it has the API now. So it should be even easier to do. Just look how other archives are implemented.
