"Cloudflare checks" loop on mobile data on 4chan, captchas won't load

When trying to post on data at all, I get the Cloudflare verification in a loop and can't get a captcha to load to post. I've tried rerolling the tower a few times toggling airplane on and off, and also checked that there's no issue using Chrome. There's also no issue when using any wifi.

I'm on the current latest stable release, v1.3.330
