Active bans can be cached in app

If you were using the app out on mobile/cellular and an outstanding ban (not spent) existed on the IP you got for the session, it can persist in the app even when you go back into WiFi. Clearing the cache or restarting the app does not clear it. 4chan.org/banned does not report a ban and posting from browser is unaffected.

Fixed by clearing cloudflare and 4chan captcha cookie

I think I need to split cookies for WiFi/non-WiFi connections. I think Chance is doing this already. Also, in the latest beta I have added "Clear cookies" button to the Ban information dialog.
