Feature/Bug Request - Explicit Disconnect/Connect Button

When connected to a station, I'd like the an explicit disconnect button. Currently, when you press the connect button, it disconnects and reconnects right away to the radio, even if the start with option is set to radio disconnected.

Sometimes the slicemaster client gets into a weird loop and causes latency on the Flexradio network connection. Latency RTT spikes from normal 30-40ms to 3000mx +.

Makes operating CW impossible, and delays CAT commands to the radio. Current work around is to kill slicemaster and restart it, then connect to the radio.
