mshv new switch for aggregation support (grid tracker)

Please add this switch with the name of the slice on launch.

Added: Command line option, (--inst-name=) for supporting multi-instance operations, with message aggregators software programs.

This may also mitigate the need to have 4 separate directories but I have tried that.
