Feat: allow injecting refs into reporting components

Description

Some companies grow by acquisition. Sometimes, the acquired company has identical tooling to the acquiring company; this may have even helped make the acquisition appealing.

It would be nice if this plugin allowed working with multiple deployments of opsgenie. Changing these UI components opens the door for plugin consumers to create multiple refs and proxy entries for OpsGenie. This change should be backwards compatible and require no changes to existing installations or setup docs.
