Diving Helmet not refilling in Hydraulic Filler

In the event that the diving helmet has any residual carbon fluid left in it and the Hydraulic Filler is full of carbon fluid, the diving helmet will not charge. The diving helmet will merely jump over to the output slot of the filler. I noticed the helmet will always empty itself before allowing itself to be filled.
