Automate release process

  • [ ] add HACKAGE_AUTH_TOKEN
  • [ ] rename default branch to main (or alternatively adjust .github/workflows/publish.yml)
  • [x] squash commits

@sol, as GHC 9.10.2 provides text-2.1.2, it would be good to see this released:

This is blocked on #74. I don't have permissions to add the HACKAGE_AUTH_TOKEN, I think as of now only @JustusAdam can do it.

@JustusAdam can you help with adding a HACKAGE_AUTH_TOKEN to the repository? I outlined the required steps in #74. It shouldn't take longer than two minutes.

@mpilgrem I am away from the computer for a couple of days. If you want to do a manual release, then please move ahead.

I have rebased the remainder of this pull request, following the manual release of v2.4.3.
