Add "punctuation" class to bracket, braces and parentheses

Now they all are class-less.

Is there a benefit to doing this?

As of commit f3e5735, all of the brackets, braces and parentheses should now have a punctuation scope. Let me know if I've missed anything.

The benefit is the ability to mute punctuation to achieve semantic highlighting as in https://atom.io/packages/semanticolor
